will not load new game moves

I hope I am posting this in the right
newsgroup.....explorer will not load new pages have to go
to refresh ever time I play games.......or it goes back to
the previous move I made......than I have to click reload
or refresh and right now if I log on and click on games or
anything else it doesn't keep my log in so I have to relog
in all the time........can someone help me please this has
been going on for two days......have reinstalled explorer
and still the same problem............

in ie,tools,options,general,settings,and choose to check
for new pages every time ,apply ..and there is also other
settings in general.
