wiifqgb.exe file missing NEED HELP

I'm missing this file and now i can't get into DOS or
any .exe file. So if anyone has the file, please contact
me. If there is an other way please contact me aswell.

Eh? This file is completely unknown to me (and to Google), but I have no
problems opening a command line prompt. (There is no DOS in NT, and even
in any version of MS-DOS, no-one "gets into DOS", you use a command line
prompt, or a shell.)

Maybe you could post the exact error message(s)?

Why don't you try scanning with up-to-date
A-V, A-T A-Ad, A-Spy first?...
