Hi ! :)

This is my first post.

I run W2k SP4 on a Centrino with on-chip WiFi enabled.
WiFi is controlled by
Intel(R) Pro\Wireless LAN 2100 3BMini PCI Adapter.
I have no problem whatsoever to connect to infrastructure access point or to establish ad-hoc connections.

I also have a regular LAN (non WiFi) RJ45 socket in the back of my laptop that I used once in a while. It is driven by a :
RealTek RTL8133 / 810x FamilyFastEthernet NIC.

All that came with my laptop as I bought it. (I bought W2k separate though).

My PROBLEM is that the commutation of the adpater is unhabilitated because the RealTek says it is not compatible with the Intel(R) Pro\Wireless Adapter.

Somehow I would like to have that commutation habilitated to be able to use alternatively both connections while giving priority to one or another. With that system, if WiFi is down, access is network is automatically relayed by the cable LAN and vice-versa.

Anybody could helpme figure out what I should do in terms of software upgrade to make both net-connections possibles and to enable commutations ?

Cheers,

Cedric
