I have a customer who is using Windows XP. On His main account (an
Administrator account) he has some items in his recycle bin that cannot be
purged. When I try to permanently delete these files I get an access denied
error. On the status bar I can see that the files originated from the temp
folder on two of his account profiles. When I log into these local
account's the files are not in those recycle bins. I also tried to log into
the administrator account and I cannot see them there. All these accounts
are password protected. I cannot figure out what's going on, any input
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
