File is deleted permanently...not going to recycle bin

Hi all..stress to the brain again...am having Win Xp Installed on
system..problem is that when i deleted any file it gets deleted
permanently...checked recycle bin settings also...in Administrator account
not found such problem..also renamed the old profile but the problem
persists...any suggestions...

Right-click on "recycle" icon & click on "properties". The "maximum
size" slider setting should be 10%. Also, "display delete confirmation
dialog" should be marked active.

Another possibility - although probably unlikely - is that if you press
Delete while holding the Shift key, this will also permanently delete the
file without going through the recycle bin. As I say, rather unlikely in
your case, but worth a mention.

Your Recycle Bin appears to be corrupt.
Deleting the Recycle Bin and restarting will restore it.

Press F8 at Startup then select Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

Enter:
attrib -s -h recycler <ENTER>
del recycler <ENTER>
Restart

Is it so ? Now i am more curious to know how come then Administrator account
and other than problematic account its not giving any problem..anyways thnx i
would let you know the further.
