Widows update problem

R

RAY OSBERG

Running xp pro with IE7 and dial up connection. Windows update file
(malicious software removal tool) automatically downloads and I install it
from the yellow shield prompt. I am notified it installed successfully.
Update history shows many successful installations. This file continues to
download and prompts for installation. I can't make it stop.

Any help will be appreciated,

Ray O.
