Windows update problem

Hi,

I hope someone can assist with a problem I'm having with Windows Updates.

I have Win XP Pro SP2 and have auto updates... in the past few weeks I get
the
small yellow update shield and install the update, successfully. Within a
matter of minutes, the
shield is back with the same update.

This is the update:
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1
(KB928366)

Update history tells me that I've successfully installed this update many
times in the last few
weeks, but it keeps coming back for more.

dont forget to download .net framework 1.1 sp1.....
