Why won't the music play on an emailed powerpoint?

I created a powerpoint and inserted 2 songs to play at designated points
within the presentation across multiple slides. When I emailed the
presentation, the music will not play for any of the recipients. Is it
because the music is located in my system and not truly embedded in the
powerpoint? If so, how can I include it with the presentation on the email? I
followed the instructions in the tutorial, did I miss something? Thanks.

You might want to look at PFCExpress. It was made just for this use.

Hi,Shaun Patrick

I think you are right. The song is linked to rather than embeded in
PowerPoint. That means you have to send the music together with the
presentation. You can put your PowerPoint presentation and the two
songs in the same folder and email the folder.

hope it helps.

Sauhn just package your presentation as CD and save it to a folder. Then
delete everything in that folder except for your ppt file and the songs and
email them to whoever. If you just try and email your ppt file and your songs
with out using the package to CD the person still wont hear your songs
because your ppt file will be looking for the song for whereever it was on
your compter.
