Why very difficult to install Flash player on IE 7.0 & OS Win vist

I used Encarta Kids 2007, & OS Windows Vista, With IE 7.0. Encarta cannot run
Normally because need Flash Media Player installed. but when i try to
installed Adobe Media Player it cannot install in my computer. because
Windows Or IE 7.0 warning me those program have unknown publisher, even i set
off chek unknow publiser in my IE 7.0 option

Right-click on the IE icon located on your Quick Launch toolbar
and select "Run as administrator", then install Adobe Flash Player:
