why the email wont leave the out box

Where did you get those server names? Yahoo hasn't recommended
those servers for several years. Assuming you have Yahoo's premium
"Mail Plus" service:

then use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html
