why the email wont leave the out box

If I can get this message, it must have left the outbox!
I have tried many things that I have read. but I cant seem to get my
mail to
leave the outbox.
the log i to box comes up on the window security page.

If you haven't upgraded to SP1, do so to fix the problem.

Where did you get those server names? Yahoo hasn't recommended
those servers for several years. Assuming you have Yahoo's premium
"Mail Plus" service:

then use the special settings for that service:
