Yahoo mailbox email error messages

I am using Yahoo for my email box and can receive emails but can't send them.
Each time I try to send them, I get the following error message (cryptic and
useless to me).

Subject 'Test new mail system', Account: 'Business Account', Server:
'smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 8BITMIME',
Port: 587, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D.

I get the following email when I configure it with port 465.

Account: 'Business Account', Server: 'pop.bizmail.yahoo.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR popgate unknown command', Port: 995,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Use port 995 for receiving and 465 for sending, but you need to disable
a non-supported option:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."
