Error Message Send/Receive

Can anyone help... this is my error message....

The first error pertains to sending.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then uncheck the SSL option for the SMTP server, and change the port
from 25 to 80.

The second error pertains to receiving.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that account, Properties, Advanced,
then change the receiving port number from 995 to 110. This will
also uncheck the unwanted SSL option for that server.
