I just started using Windows Mail and it was receiving mail fine until I went
to send and now I get an error code and it is asking me for my user name and
password... which I never set up! Help?!?

Here is the code:

Account: 'pop.secureserver.net(1)', Server: 'pop.secureserver.net',
Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR authorization first', Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

It's impossible to have a mail account without having set up a username and password.
In your case the username is your full email address. I can't help you with the password.
Call your web host for assistance with that.

I do have a mail user name and password which does not let me pass this
security screen. I can sign on to my online site fine, but when I go through
the Windows mail it keeps repeating by asking me my user name and password.

One frequent reason for password failure is account corruption.
As a possible quick fix delete that corrupted mail account,
restart Windows Mail, then recreate that account.

If that doesn't fix it, more drastic measures will have to be taken.
Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

If turning off the email scanning function does not resolve your problem,
consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to
suffering bad effects from overly aggressive antivirus programs.

Email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, for reasons
explained here:
