why slow file speed?

hi

anyone has slow file speed? even uplaoding or downloading my speed is
so slow that i get the msg of slow speed. Anyone can help me? i dont
use any firewall and i've a 2mbit.

are you using wireless internet?? (If you use a router with it you may very
well be behind a firewall)
