Why should we continue to pay Microsoft? Still on Junk Filter

I'm still struggling to find a way to let the junk filter work again. Once
it worked, since one year no: all the emails keep on staying in the Inbox
folder.

I've posted multiple messages here on this NG but nothing. Followed many
advises and nothing. Also called MS support. Nothing.

At this pointing I'm seriuosly thinking about suing MS, for selling
something not working for over one year, no fix since then and me being spam
bombed everyday.

It is unbeleivable that MS cannot fix this problem affecting thousands
people out there.

My config:

- Outlook 2003 with all latest patches
- Windows XP with all the patches available
- Multiple email accounts (Internet POP 3)
- One Exchange server email account

So far I've tried to:
- Remove and reapply the latest patches
- Detect and repair Office install
- scan the .pst with scanpst.exe
- remove all the rules
- remove all the blocked senders etc in the junk email options
- change the security levels in the junk email options
- delete and create a new profile
- export all folders and mails in a newly fresh .pst
- create a new pst and copy messages (NOT FOLDERS, createad one by one)
- apply Diane Pormesky tip at http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/fix_junk.htm
,using OutlookSpy, no junk email rule in there and nothing being created
anyway
- delete Outlook settings in the registry
- disable the Echange Server email account

Forgot to mention that I've also tried to uninstall all the plugins
(Quickfile, Attachments Processor and Lookout) and still nothing.

No need to rant here. Use your personal blog for that.

At what level is your Junk E-mail filter set?
Tried creating a new mail profile already? Only inlcude the POP3 account and
see if it works now. See;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

Note that if you want to have the Junk E-mail Filter to work on an Exchange
account you'll have to enable Cached Exchange Mode.

I hate being offensive, but why you MVPs don't really try to help users
instead of replying like robots, just to get into the MVPs leaderboard? Have
you got an autoreply-option turned on? :-)

Now, seriuosly: it doesn't look like you've read my message and the
experiments I've done since now.

Please spend 3 minutes reading my message and see if you've got any
valuable advice.

Thanks

I did read it and we are trying to help. I'm sorry if you fail to see that.
We ask questions in case not enough or the wrong details are specified.
Remarks like "I've tried everything" don't really help with that. If you
really have tried everything then there is no need in asking here for
anything else to try, is there? In that case you should contact Microsoft
Product Support instead.

Our questions are standard troubleshooting steps to make sure nothing is
being overlooked and the right things are resetted to get the machine in
working configuration again.

You never provided the set level of your Junk E-mail filter and recreating
your mail profile and disabling the Exchange account isn't the same as
recreating it with only a POP3 account configured. So my questions and
provided info are valid and if you think that it is an "auto-reply" it says
more about your initial post than my answer; you could have expected these
questions already when composing your post. ;-)

Ok let's go back toy your first reply:
At what level is your Junk E-mail filter set?

Line 29 of my original post:
"- change the security levels in the junk email options"
It means: "I've tried to switch to all the possible levels from lowest to
highest"
Currently set to low. Once it worked perefectlt at low level. But as I've
said I've tried High with no change.
Tried creating a new mail profile already?

Line 30 of my original post:
"- delete and create a new profile"
It means: "I did delete my profile, and created a new one from scratch, no
copying existing profile"

Only inlcude the POP3 account and
see if it works now. See;
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

Note that if you want to have the Junk E-mail Filter to work on an Exchange
account you'll have to enable Cached Exchange Mode.

Line 37 of my original post:
"- disable the Echange Server email account"
It means: "I've removed from my email accounts the Exchange Server one. I
did dis test either in the old and the new profile"
