Junk mail filter only works on one account

I have three email accounts. One goes to the main in box and for the other
two I've created filters to send them to separate folders. When mail
considered by Outlook to be junk comes to the main email address, it goes to
the junk folder, but for the other two it simply disappears (I'm guessing
this is what is happening because the problem only started when I set up
these two new accounts a few weeks ago). I would like to review the
so-called junk before deleting it. Do I need to set up 2 new junk folders?

Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which mail account types are you using?
