Why not getting a new thread opened?

Hi!

Please, is there some reason why I can't get a new thread opened here, but
only to reply to existing threads? Very strange ... noted this for a few
days ago, but for a month or two ago everything was OK.

My WinXPPro is up-to-date and Passport SignIn etc. all OK.

This thread I opened on another Win98SE machine.

Accessing these newsgroups via the web interface is clumsy at best.

Here are instruction on using Outlook Express To View Newsgroups.

This link will open Outlook Express to this newsgroup.

Thanks Bert for your reply.

I would prefer to use IE6.0SP1 on this particular WinXPProSP2 for this, as
not using Outlook Express at all. Anyway, a temporary solution is to post on
some other of the 4 machines I have instead of just this halting one ...
