Cannot Open My Pictures Or My Documents

My other thread about this went dead and my problem wasn't solved. I'm
wondering if anyone here knows the technical reasons why error reports keep
popping up when I try to open My Pictures and My Documents and if there's
anything that will fix that. I'm running a brand new OS on the computer in a
few days, but I'd like to try and solve this issue before that so I can
better understand how the system works. Thank you in advance for your help.

Is that the only two folders you cannot open?? Try logging on as
Adminstrator.

What does the error report say? Any filenames in the error? e.g.
explorer.exe

Post the exact error messages; give folks someting to work with!

Thank you for the replies. I have three computers I'm working on and just
trying to upload the files to an online storage before reformatting is
overwhelmingly problematic right now. Apparently no one replies in the forums
at adrive.
