WHY!!! My comp Won't allow pop ups

Amanda F

My computer (all of a sudden) won't allow me open windows
in an already open window. For example, match.com
messanger is not allowed to open, yahoo or hotmail will
be open and won't allow me to reply as that is considered
a pop up window.

Where do I go to undo that setting? I want my pop-ups
back!! Arggh.

Some anti-virus programs and firewalls have a default setting to block
popups and scripts.

I'm having this problem too in Win98SE. The URL is not getting added to the
address bar when the new window opens. If you click on a link that opens in
a new window the window opens with no address for it to go to. If you type
or paste in an address it goes to the page immediatly
