Extra window popping up

Everytime I click a link, or open a new IE window, an
extra window pops up to my home page - its not a pop-up
ad, just another very annoying window. If I am clicking
through a webpage rapidly, I can get 10-20 extra IE
windows!

Anyone know how to fix this?

download-update spybot S&D and adware. and run em. might
help. sounds like you have malware in your pc.
