No. It won't do that.
All you can do is copy and paste the text.
All I know is that the designers of Windows Mail felt that
dragging and dropping messages from one newsgroup into
a different newsgroup folder was not kosher. In the Usenet
world, messages are considered to belong to the newsgroup
in which they were originally posted.
