Why does Outlook reduce the size of the attached photo?

My photo is 2MB. When I send the photo as an attachment in Outlook, the
recepient receives a 130KB photo which is not always good enough quality to
print. How do I change the settings so that I can maintain the photo size?

Either your mailbox settings or your recipient's mailbox settings is doing
that. 2MB is pretty big for an attachment. I usually put pictures somewhere
external, like photobucket or a similar hosting site (www.photobucket.com),
and send people links to pictures. Those sites have restrictions as well, but
if/when they resize it, they don't resize it as much.
