why does my form on front page not allow me to send to email?

when i go to choose the method of receiving details in a form it will only
allow me to choose send to other! what do i need to do??
 
The form will need a server with the FrontPage Server Extensions. If they
aren't installed then the form must go to some other script to handle any
interaction hence the send to other. If your web is set to not use the FP
Server Extensions then these other options will be disabled. Keep in mind
that your server must support the FP Server Extensions and be setup for mail
transport before you can really get this to work.
