Why does IE freeze up when I access certain websites?

Happens most often when clicking on links within a site or when trying to go
back from the link to the original site.

Ask in an IE newsgroup.
 
I have had the same problem - and it does appear to be Outlook related. If
you access the sire directly in IE everything is fine, but when the IE window
is launched from Outlook it has that problem. let me know if you have
discovered a fix.
