going to website address from an email

I changed search engines and deleted Google, and now when I am in an email
and there is a link within the email, when I click on it to go to the web
link I get a message that says it can't be done, check with system
administrator.
Does anyone know where the option is to allow clicking on web links within
an email and going direct to the site?

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).

No, that is NOT the error message.
