When I add a contact without a email address and just his ph Number I lose
his listing or cant find it, then I try to re enter it it says already an
entry, Confused

Thanks in advance.........Bob Vance

You "lose the listing" where and it what version of Outlook?
You should expect a contact without an email address not to appear in your
Address Book view. Said Contact will most certainly appear in your Contacts
Folder, however. That's where all your Contact data resides. Look there.

MO2002, Where would I find the contacts folder, Thanx
