Why do certain incoming emails not get through?

Two of my contacts can receive my emails but their replies do not get
through, even if they attach them to my emails. They don't go into spam and
my contacts do not get a message saying the email was not delivered. I would
love to know what happens to these emails - where do they go??? One contact
is with AOL and one with Tiscali. I use Outlook 2003.

Perhaps your ISP has inbuilt AV and Spam Filters?
Do your senders get any bounce backs?

No - they get no bounce backs. I do check the spam filters but their emails
never show up.

Thats not the spam filters on Outlook, but any spam filters at your ISP, you
would need to logon to your ISP web mail in order to check these.
You could also check whether their mail shows up there

(every day).
