Why do all inbox messages go directly to the recycling bin?

I have a Hotmail plus membership which I am syncng with Outlook. It seems
that all my inbox messages go directly to the recyling bin upon downloading.
Is there anyway to stop Outlook from deleting my messages from trusted
senders?

Do you have any rules that might be doing it? Also, just double check the
International settings in the Junk Mail dialog. I've seen them do some odd
things to other users.

Dear,
Either you can keep " no automatic filtering" under
tools-options-preference-junk email, or your can add your senders list in
your "Safe list" and also check the mark
"automatically add people I email to the safe senders list"
