Why did my opening dialog box disappear? Is all my data gone?

My opening dialog box disappeared. How do I get it to open back up? I can't
get into my database without it. Does this mean I lost all my data?

Not sure what you mean. What is an opening dialog box?

Are you saying the database window is not there? If so, press F11.

If that does not work, hold down the SHIFT key while you open the database.

yes, the database window where i select which table i want. I will try your
suggestions tomorrow at work. thank you for responding!

Sometimes, for no obvious reason, the database window's position
settings get messed up so that it is moved way offscreen. If this has
happened, you may get it to come back by clicking the menu items
Window -> Cascade.

Unfortunately, neither of these suggestions worked. I just clicked to
minimize it and it disappeared totally. Is there another way to get into
your table then?
