Combo box Dialog disappears!!

Usually when we create the combo box, there would be a dialog automatically
appear in order for us to choose the resource to choose the data. However
lately this function suddenly disappear. It is rather inconvenient because I
cannot transfer the data in combo box to the text box for example. Does
anyone know what happened?

Make sure the Wizard button is pressed in in the ToolBox ToolBar.
