Why can't I copy in ClipBook Viewer

While in the clipBook viewer under Edit are four options: Copy, paste, paste
to page and delete. Of the four options I can only select delete and the
other three options are there but I cannot use them (three options are in a
light grey color unlike the delete option I can select is in a dark black
font). It seems like I have a clipbook with less options and I thought that
it might be because I have Win XP Home Edition. My guess is the MS gives you
less options in clipbook for Home Edition. Does anyone have Win XP home
edition that can copy and so forth with viewer?
