Why can't certain people get thru Windows mail???

I got a new PC and and new isp and set up Windows mail, easy. Half my
contacts can't get emails to me. They get a response saying not deliverable.
I then changed security settings to make it less secure, more functional but
still can't get thru.

Anyone know how to fix this?

If your correspondents get a notice saying 'not deliverable',
it has nothing to do with your Windows Mail settings.

In order to troubleshoot this, we would need to see the exact wording
in one of those non-delivery notices. Who is your ISP?
