Why can´t I delete messages anylonger

When I try to delete a message in my Inbox it doesn´t go to the Deleted Items
folder anylonger, but stays in my Inbox with a line through.

How do I change that so they will disappear from my Inbox again?

Probably because you are using IMAP connection. You cannot change this but
you can purge the deleted items via the Edit menu or hide them by setting
your view to "Hide Messages Marked for Deletion".
