Why Building ,Not Verifying DMI Pool ?

Hi all,
I am getting "Building DMI Pool Error" instead of
"Verifying....". it
boots windows xp but as soon as progress bar appears it
restarts.Tried
clearing CMos,formatting hard disk,installing fresh.On
fresh install
it copied setup files, restarted as usual to continue setup
and uff !
"stop error" appeared.
However linux will install well and work fine. Please help
me figuring
out what problem it is and of course any suggestions to
solve this

What you have is strictly a hardware error, as the message you receive
during the P.O.S.T. points out. There is nothing you can do, within any
version of Windows (including a reinstall), that is going to solve your
hardware error.
