why are some e mails not being received.

the status task bar shows some ptogress. some e mails are not being received.
i have sent e mails to my self and they are not being received. however, some
emails are getting thru my system

Do you receive any errors when receiving mail? Might a Rules Wizard rule or
the Junk E-mail filter being moving/deleting the message(s)?
