Why are calendar items being automatically deleted from Outlook?

I have disengaged every setting that I could find on my Blackberry and
Outlook but my calendar items outside of the last 3 weeks are being deleted?

Could it be a virus?

You mention that you changed all the settings but double check the
auto-archive settings on the folder itself & the general auto-archive
settings.

What is the setting on the BB? open the calendar and select options from the
menu -It's one of the last items under General options.
