WHQL for a USB1.1 device

Hi,
Can I test USB1.1 device on a machine with USB2.0 Host
controller? The test requirements say that you need a
USB1.1 Host Controller, but I need a machine to test both
USB2.0 and USB1.1 devices, hence I would like to go for
one that has a USB2.0 controller.Just want to make sure
that it will work.

usb2.0 is backward compatible. 1.1 devices would think the 2.0 controller is
a 1.1 controller anyways

For WHQL testing, you will have to use USB 2.0 Host Controller (With Windows
XP SP1), and an external USB 2.0 self-powered Hub.
