HCT11.2, Video Capture device tests-USB2.0

HCT11.2 has a yellow mark on some tests and when I right
click on the properties, I see the message which says
something like" this device is not connected to a USB2.0
host controller".But the DELL Inspiron 8500 that I am
using shows a EHCI USB2.0 entry in Device Manager.
How do I make sure if my machine\the USB port to which I
am connecting my device has indeed USB 2.0 capability?
Is there any utility?

Hello Jabez,

Which tests are "yellow banged" out? Is it only USB tests?

Do you have a USB 2.0 hub between your test device and the USB 2.0
controller? This is also in the HCT documentation for those USB tests.
