USB2.0 running as USB1.1

I have 3 USB2.0 ports that have all reverted to USB1.1 after an attempted
install of a webcam which I think installed some old drivers.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the USB Controllers and tried updating
the drivers.

The Intel 8280 1FB/FBM USB Universal Host Controllers all show Intel driver
7.0.0.1011 dated 10/01/2005.

The USB Root Hubs all show Microsoft driver 5.1.2600.2180 dated 01/07/2001.

My machine is running XP SP2. The same camera driver also screwed up a
different machine and reset its USB Ports too.

How do I reset my Ports to USB2.0

Do a system restore back to a date prior to the webcam install

System Restore! Also, please post the brand and model of cam that
screwed your USB drivers so we can avoid it.

Thanx

Click Start, Run, type SFC /SCANNOW, click OK. If any are damaged or
missing files, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards
so damaged files will be replaced.
