We Live For The One We Die For The One

I hear its optimisted for Nvidia Cards its it deOptimised for ATI
cards ??

I mean i have an Xp2400 and a Radeon 9600 pro and X2 runs like a DOG
in combat it can go down to 10 frames or less ???, i'am lucky to keep
it at 30 frames a second ?

And this is with my radeon overclocked as much as i can stand ??

Do i need a Barton 2.8 400fsb and a Radeon 9800 pro to play this game,
its not that great to do that sort of a upgrade ?

Also this is with all the detail at LOW in game and on my pcs card
preferences ?

Any help.

My 9700Pro runs the X2 demo benchmark at an average framerate
(see bottom) on the following basis on an AthlonXP 2800, what
does your rig do?

ATi have apparantly released an 'optimisation patch' for X2.
