PowerPoint 2007 on a pc, running windows vista"

I have content (text boxes) that I have distributed on a slide
vertically, and I have some powerpoint lines (just regular old lines)
underneath each text box to visually separate the content from the
text box below. Looks fine on my machine but when I send the file to
collegues and they open up the presentation, those same lines are
placed in random, funky places on the slide, all wrong.

Collegues are running PPT 2007 on pc just like I am, only difference
being that some of them may be using windwos XP instead of Vista, but
I can't imagine THAT'S the issue...?

Any idea why this is happening?

I've even deleted all the lines and recreated them in table format
(using cell bottom borders, no content, to "pretend that the cell
borders are just lines sitting on top of the text boxes) and my
collegues STILL say the lines are moving all over the slide when they
open the file.

thank you echo, but I won't be able to suggest that to colleagues or
control if/how they do it on their machines (long story, just trust
me, I wont). I can do it on mine, but it will still probably be
screwed up on their end, and then when it finally gets sent to the
printer (probably Kinkos), who knows what it will look like.
