Which users have programs open

I install software upgrades from a Win2K domain and am experiencing problems
with users not logging out of the programs during my upgrade, causing the
software install to fail. (They have plenty of notice, memo's, net sends
etc., but seemingly it falls on deaf ears).

How can I find out what users are in that particular software program and
forcibly and remotely boot them out of that program only?

Thanks.

I don't know if that's possible.

What I do is install during the Login Script (Kixtart script) and thus prior to them running
applications.
