Instal programs at logon

All of our users have been forcibly removed from being local administrators.

How can i run an program installation using a login scripts. Obviuosly the
install will attempt to run under the local user and thus not work.

I checked out using the runas command i.e:

runas /userOMAIN\USER File.exe

but you still get asked for password

How to do ?

Some apps requires administrative privilege to install. For your case, you
can use GPO or Microsoft SMS to distribute the software. This way of
installation doesn't require the user to have the required privilege.
