Which Port on the back of the Laptop works for webcameras ?

I have a AIPTEK VGA+ Webcamera, it is already installed but now when I click to get the Webcamera view, it says that I am not connected, I have tried both ports niether work ???

What do I do now ?

Contact that 3rd party vendor, AIPTEK, for support.
