Upgraded vista to home Premium

I upgraded my Toshiba Laptop P200 which had Vistsa on it to Vista home
premium it was already in the package.
Having upgraded the webcamera does not work and there are no solutions as
yet to make the camera work
I would like to uninstall the upgrade but cannot work out how to do this -
maybe I ought to put the Toshiba recovery disc back in and then reboot

Any one else found this problem?

Make sure that you save all your Data(Docs, photos, etc) to disk before you
reinstall Vista, as they, and any programs you have installed yourself, will
be lost.

And yes, put the recovery disk in and reboot.
