where's winfile.??

anyone know how i can get "winfile" to work in M$ windows XP.? i copied them over from old puter but i get an error and I surely can't copy and move files at all with XP yet.?? single files yes but i like moving whole back up cd roms and groups of pics many thanks ahead of time be well dale
