Where's the Photo Editor??

How do I access the Photo Editor?
I click on All Programs, Photo Editor. I get nothing. Right click on Photo Editor, click open. Nothing. HELP!!

Hello,

I only saw one KB article that looked like it could help with this problem
but I'm not sure if this is for the version you're using. If this doesn't
help, you might want to post a question on one of the Office support
newsgroups.
