where can I get this driver to instal

MDG - P4 Intel D865PERL motherboar
wirelless USB SMC adapte
SMC route

device manager - yellow question mark beside ethernet host controller - driver not installe

can't install driver - can't find - can't search interne

no internet / network / modem connection possibl
