Where to obtain entire WIndows Updates ???

I live in a rural area with top modem speed of 30k.

I have access to a high speed cable connection at a friends.

if I go to Microsoft.com and try to download updates at the high speed
connection- I get small 'install' files- which still require my
slow-home modem connect at home to have to download these huge files.

I'd like to be able to download the large complete install files- burn
them to a cd and take home to my slow connection.

I've found windows service packs- but files like windows media player
and directx upgrades go thru the 'install file download.

Any website where I can get the entire files?

Microsoft should offer the full files. For example...

Go to Windows update page and from the left side choose
"administrative options". Then go to Windows Update Catalogue
