Where is Word and Excel in my other accounts

I set up four accounts - one for each member of family and managed to get all
4 emails working. I've loaded Office 2000 Small Business. I have Excel and
Word in my "all programs and have placed a shortcut on my desktop. Want to
do same for the other accounts but they are not in the programs list. What's
up?

When you installed Office 2000 did you check the circle for "all users" or "just me".
That was an options during installation.
For a fix, try an Office newsgroup.
